    yes, you are using Apache , our plugin needs LiteSpeed webserver or QUIC cloud CDN to caching.

    Without CDN Cache is not supported for my site. Right?. But My server is CloudFlare How can i integrate them. Without Integration of Server and Quic CDN Any changes are there to make Cache Works?

    follow the instruction , it will ask you to input the CF API token for automated DNS records update, or it will ask you to manually delete/recreate the A record to CNAME record ,, once QC CDN has passed verification , then you can re-enable the cloudflare proxy , this way , you will get both CF/QC
