LP_Instructors role can not see Results and Stats page

Hi @lavanya3998,

Please check for any plugin conflict or theme conflict. To do this, disable all of the plugins at once and enable them one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.

If this doesn’t resolve the issue then I request you to please share the screenshot of the problem so that I can forward it to the development team.

Lavanya here..Thanks for replying.

But I don’t think you understood my problem completely. So, let me explain again.

If I sign in into the wordpress dashboard as an administrator I can see a sub-menu of results under Quizzes/Surveys menu item. But when I sign in as a lp-teacher into the wordpress dashboard I don’t see this option.

This is clearly a user capability issue and has nothing to do with the theme or plugin compatibility.

Could you please help me show this result option to all the teacher role on my website?

But, could you please tell me if there is any shortcode available to display all the quiz results on a particular page? Our website goes live on Monday and we are stuck on this part. Your help would be much appreciated.

Hi Lavanya,

You can use shortcode of various quizzes on a single webpage. And when the user will submit the quizzes they can see the results on a single page.

Displaying only results of all the quizzes is not possible at the moment.

And I asked about your query from the development team. Sorry to say this, but only admins can create/view quizzes on the WP dashboard.

Could you please tell me how can I do that?
