LP not work well

I have a problem. I have created a course within the platform. I’m having a bug for a few days. When students complete a course, it does not appear to be completed correctly. The progress bar is not complete. In addition, some students are not allowed to take the final test correctly. I have tried to “redo the test” and eliminate the “purchase” and embed the student again, but still have the same fault. Does something happen with the plugin?
