I don’t have UM user Capabilities that is accessible on the website. However, I did find the following on documentation (screenshot) on website. How can I access the UM user capabilities in order to update roles? Please advise.

Hello,

I found the issue, I didn’t download Plugin “Members” and Ultimate Members Plugin doesn’t allow admin to update the user role capabilities. But, after downloading, I updated the user capabilities for the LP_Instructor and it still not displaying that information when the user login. Please help see the attached screenshot of the user capabilities that I would like to be functional for the LP_Instructor.

Also, here are screenshots of the Course view from a LP_Instructor user credentials vs Admin user credentials. Although, the LP Instructor has been given permission to access as an admin to view, edit, and delete Courses nothing displays. The attached screenshots are for comparison. Please help. I would appreciate it.

When you update the Roles capabilities, does the User can’t see the courses without UM( deactivated )?

I have provide a lot of information. Can you please help or point me to someone that can help? I have to get this update asap. The courses still doesn’t show when the UM is deactivated. I need UM in order to control who has permission rights to log into the website. Please help.

If this doesn’t show even without UM, I think there’s an issue with the LearnPress capabilities. Have you contacted the LP developer? If so, what’s their response?

This is not a LearnPress role. This is a Ultimate Member role, it should work regardless. Can you please provide me with a contact that can help resolve this issue?

Can you please close this ticket? You are not able to provide a solution although this feature is offer under the Ultimate Member Plugin and not LearnPress Plugin.
