LP Instructor login with username not possible

  • I have noticed that the login for Instrutors does not work with the username.

    Using the passwort and the e-mail is working, but not an solution.

    Why is the username not working? For me it seems like an misconfiguration of the login logic.

    I do not found a option in the configuration, with say, “prevent username login” or something else.

    How can I solve this?

    Hi,

    I think you use a short code for login, maybe it have a cause of problem, we checked on our system and instructor can login with username normally.
