LP Course Overview Description Not Displaying

Hello,

I have issue with the course overview description not displaying for subscribers. I taking to determine if it’s an permission issue. Because the only individuals that are able to see the content is the admin and instructors. Can you all please let me know if I need change permissions or is this a backend issue? Please advise. See attached screenshots.
