Loyalty points to store credit

    Hi,

    Is it at all possible to have loyalty points automatically or manually redeemed as store credits instead of a coupon?
    If not, this would be an awesome feature that could be turned on to either allow the customer to chose to redeem for store credit or a coupon. I would actually prefer the loyalty program to be used without the need for coupon codes and simply convert to store credits on the customers account. Having the option to set it up this way would be amazing!

    We don’t have this feature yet but we are exploring this as a feature improvement for our Loyalty Program for WooCommerce plugin. I don’t have any ETA yet for this. Kindly be patient and we’ll definitely keep you in the loop when the update is released.

    Hey @laserartaustralia just to add to Fauzan’s reply, we can definitely confirm we do have this on our roadmap.

    The plan is to change it over to redeeming points to store credits instead of coupons quite soon. I’ll make sure we have this forum post on the dev ticket and we’ll post here once it’s launched.

    Hi @laserartaustralia – good news ?? This has now been implemented as of Loyalty Program v1.8. It now works hand in hand with the store credits feature on the free plugin here.
