Loyalty for use in store

    Hi,

    I want to create a loyalty system where users get points in the form of stars or other icons and they see those points on their mobile phone screen and it happens in the store, so offline.

    When users want to redeem these points, it is possible in the store that rewarded the user with these points, so again offline.

    So, everything happens in the store, not online (online as an additional possibility is not a hindrance).

    In short, I want a loyalty system similar to Starbuck Rewards.

    There is a big need for this method of rewarding customers, every store is a potential user.

    I can’t find a WP plugin for this system, it is is very strange considering the large number of potential users because the number of shops that are offline is much larger, not all shops are online.

    DO YOU HAVE A PLUGIN FOR A SIMILAR SYSTEM?

    While we offer various plugins, we currently do not have a specific plugin offering an offline loyalty system like Starbucks Rewards. However, we have an alternative solution that might work for you.

    You can use the WooCommerce Points and Rewards plugin, which allows you to set up a loyalty program where customers earn points for purchases, writing reviews, or other actions you want to reward. These points can then be redeemed for discounts or other rewards.

    To make it work offline, you can manually manage the points system in your WooCommerce dashboard. When a customer purchases offline, you can manually add the points to their account. Similarly, when they want to redeem their points, you can manually deduct the points from their account.

    This might require a bit more manual work, but it can help you achieve the offline loyalty program you’re looking for.
