Lowering "Account Exeuctions"

I was wondering what everyone’s go-to app is for keeping account executions down? I have wordfence installed, but it doesn’t quite seem to be doing the trick.

Long story short, my account executions are very high on my hosting account, and have gone over my allotment a few times. I am pretty sure it is not all “legit” traffic.
