Lowered image quality

https://ryanhaywood.com/info/blog Every image on that page, is set to maximum in wordpress. I optimize in photoshop, yet for some reason wordpress blurs the images slightly. If you right click any of the images and select view image, you will notice an increase in quality. I am not sure what is happening here lol. I noticed it recently on a different project https://www.lynnpauley.com/thevisualamerican but was unable to resolve the issue. Any help would be very appreciated.
