    The image quality of the header image changes after fade-in animation of Lazy Loading is finished. It appears only Chrome and Safari show the lower quality image. Firefox seems to be the only browser showing a crisp image.

    I have tried multiple things so far:

    1. Added a bigger image size for the header image in the scrset;
    2. Temporarily changed the media upload compression to 100% for testing;
    3. Tried the -webkit-optimize-contrast hotfix I found in another topic;

    Another thing I found out is that when I resize the (WordPress scaled) image in Chrome – opening the File URL and resizing my browser window – the blurryness really becomes noticable similar as in the website header. But when I resize the exact same image in Photoshop it still remains crisp. Photoshop is most-likely better in resizing, but since Lazy Loading is showing the better quality image during the fade-in animation there’s probably more to it.

    Nothing seems to work and I am out of ideas. Hope you guys can help me.

    Hi @lewisamsterdam

    I checked the link you attached, and the images on this link loads fine for me. Can you please confirm if this is already fixed?

    Hi @piecebutechsup !

    It seems this bug is finally solved indeed, without any changes to the code(!). Either through browser or WordPress updates. Not sure to be honest, but the image is now showing the same quality as in the initial load / fade-in animation..

    Happy to know.

    Thank you for asking.

    hi @lewisamsterdam glad that it fixed itself. Yeah, that may be was temporary or was fixed by the update.

    cheers!
