• Hi,

We have the problem that too many mails we send, ends up in receivers spamfilter…

By using your online tool, we get 7,6/10 only.
The main reason seems to be that SpamAssasin punish us..
I cannot poste a screenshot here, but the line that woories us is:
    ***
-2.503 FREEMAIL_FORGED_REPLYTO Freemail in Reply-To, but not From
    ***
That brings the SpamAssin score to overall -2,4
The only bad score on the page…. ??

We rae using a free gmail.com adress as the From and Reply-TO in the settings (same adress everywhere a email is defined), we are using MailPoet Sending Service and have verified the gmail.com adress by logging into the account page…
We can send mails, everything working smooth ??

BUT, many of our receivers complain that the mail end up in spamfolder or never reach their inbox….

    Are we missing something?
Is it a problem to use an gmail.com adress as sender/from/reply-to in combination with your Sending Service?

    Or is it something else?
Why are we getting this bad score, using your service?

We sincerely hope you can help us solve this challenge!
    Looking forward to your response.

    Dear friends at MailPoet,

Is there a chance that you will reply to my question?
Or point me to where/how we can get help?

Using YOUR sending service, I can not understand why we get bad score at SpamAssasin?

    What are we missing?

Looking very much forward to get your repsons!

I have the same problem as you. The email score is too low. I don’t know if it’s because I used Google email as my reply email

    -2.503 FREEMAIL_FORGED_REPLYTO

OK, if you delete the unified Google reply email and choose an appropriate template, the email score reaches 10 points
