Love your plugin but problems with gavicpro Magazine theme

I love your plugin but it really messes up the Gavickpro Magazine theme that we are using.
It changes the sidebar color to white simply by activating the plugin and if I post the tineline on a page it moves all the menus from the left to the bottom of the page
