    Are you using latest version?
    Maybe it’s blocked be another your plugin, because that’s nothing else than CSS transition, so there is no reason, why it shouldn’t work

    Yes it is 1.5

    I am using it on several websites, I have tried disabling all other plugins and changing theme, it still doesn’t work.

    Oh well.

    Try to disable all other plugins and let me know if it works ??
    Because I’m almost sure that it’s conflict with some other plugin
