I love this plugin, but please help us!

To really secure a self hosted wordpress site, I have to use FIVE plugins, and naturally I am concerned about conflicts and wasted resources, and unnecessary overlap.

Your plug in + BulletProof + Sucuri + Captcha + IQ Block Country

BulletProof does a great job of locking down the .htaccess file, but has a horrible interface

Sucuri does a few things to harden you do not, plus has on demand scans

Captcha locks down the login form

IQ BlockCountry locks out the bad guys country by country

    ———————————

If you want to have the BEST tool and the ONLY Tool Needed, and have your users really be willing to subscribe, then you need to follow this plan:

1: Set the price at $3 per site per month (you will make most of your money from multi-site admins like us)
2: Include the features of BulletProof first (so we can get rid of it first)
3: Add the hardening that Sucuri does that you do not (we will still keep sucuri installed but not active for the on-demand scans)
4: Add the login form captcha (just like what BestWebSoft has – math based) (is a nice tool, but too much annoying advertising)
5: Add country blocking (IQ Block Country is amazing, but really should be a part of a single solution)

    ————————————

By the way, please fix support for IP 6!!!!!

    Thanks

If you do these things, you will make $3,000 a month from me alone!

    Anyone agree with me???

    Tim

  • I use BulletProof PRO on few websites as well, but it’s true that it’s interface is really bad and each time we do an update, it’s at least 15-30 min of updates and log deletion and reset… But it’s strong. I use it along with iThemes Security, but don’t use all of iThemes’ features since some are handled by BP… Never tried the free version (or at least if I did, it wasn’t for long and too long ago for me to remember…).
