Love the idea, but won't play nice with custom color schemes!

I’ve installed this and used it and it’s pretty amazing! However, there’s one glaring thing missing that is keeping me from using it on my biggest, multi-author sites: It won’t recognize / allow any custom color schemes, such as set by the official “WordPress Color Schemer” plugin made by wp core people. It will play nice with the built-color schemes, but not if you already have a custom one that fits your brand. The day it can do that is the day I’m installing this on all my sites and changing the review to 5 stars.
