Love The Idea, But It’s Not Working

    Hello, I love the idea of this plugin and it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. However, it’s not working on my website.

    Here are the issues I’m experiencing that, unfortunately, make this plugin useless for me:

    – The front end editing won’t let me select or add anything (I click and type and nothing happens). I can live with this since I planned on posting all the stories manually anyway, but it would still be convenient.
    – The page that’s supposed to have search and such (www.steampowereddreams.com/writing) displays everything in a non-formatted way with no filtering/searching.
    – Even when I created a story on the backend, most of the formatting I saw in the setup videos just isn’t working.

    I’m guessing this might be an incompatibility with my theme (Divi), and that’s understandable, but any help would be much appreciated.

    It very well may be Divi.

    Have you tried another theme?
    I’ve got the plugin on many sites, and it works perfectly, so it is likely a theme or plugin conflict. Divi is painfully bloated and slow. You can tell that in part by how long it takes your site to load. There are many, many good builders out there to use as alternatives.

    I haven’t tried it on any other themes as all my sites are based on Divi right now.

    Thanks for the advice on other themes, but I’ll stick with divi. The site is actually slow due to server problems and not the theme itself (something I’m trying to fix, but it’s slow going).
