Love the Forminator Plug-in

Forminator makes creating, testing, and reporting from forms very easy. It is an extremely versatile plug-in. We use it for donations, event registration and ticketing, contact us, etc. The WPMU DEV Support Team was quick to respond to an inquiry, and solved the settings issue within a couple days. Fantastic!
