LOVE the customer service & features of the plugin

I read through reviews here dozens of times because A) I was on the fence about whether the “souped up” coupons were going to drive my business and b) if I really wanted to spend money on another plugin.
First, I DO use the extra coupon features A LOT. I just finished running a version of the BOGO sale option. I’m a small business in a niche where a lot of my competition is other small businesses. These types of sales really set me apart from the others offering similar digital products. I’ve seen competitors offer free items with purchase, but usually they fulfill these offers after-the-fact, requiring the user to reach out to them again OR to wait for an email with a link or coupon code for the free item.
I LOVE being able to run a promo where the user buys the main item and the free item shows up in their cart WITH the coupon applied. Zero effort for the customer! Being able to offer unique sales is a great way for small businesses to stand out & gets customers excited to spend money! (<–Isn’t that the goal?)
The customer service is also great! I started offering store credits to my subscribers as a bonus for purchasing affiliate products I recommended. (Again, this allows me differentiate myself from others in my niche who provide coupon code bonuses. Unlike coupon codes, users can keep “left over” credit after a purchase and they can also use it with coupons. I’ve gotten so much positive feedback from my subscribers about that!)
Recently, I had an issue with the store credit function & was unable to add credit at all. Honestly, because it’s become such a popular offer with my subscribers & generating affiliate income for me, I’m feel VERY dependent on it. I felt like I couldn’t send any emails with affiliate links until it was fixed.
It did take a couple of days because of the major time difference between myself and customer service. Yes, I was nail biting the whole time & feeling impatient, but a lot of companies don’t run 24-7. (I read a review criticizing customer service for the hours, but the entire world isn’t based in the U.S., so that is NOT a service issue!) Customer service was very responsive as we went back & forth via email. They found the issue, which was another plugin. and helped me through it. Not only did they get in there and fix the issue for me, but they offered me some helpful suggestions along the way. Where my tech-knowledge was lacking, they kindly educated me. They most certainly went above and beyond what is required, as they could have just told me how to fix it on my own.
