Hey SportsPress team, I’m a pro-user and love the newest update. Great job on it!

Also, nothing against the pro support team via ticket submission, I just feel like I get better follow-ups and solutions here in the forums.

Unfortunately, my league tables and player lists are no longer responsive or sortable though I have them checked to be under my SportsPress Settings tab.

    For example, here’s a link
    https://mickeymouseathletics.com/player/panchito-pistoles/

It looks good when everything is wide screen on my computer, but when I make my browser smaller and smaller, you can tell that the statistics section keeps continuing off the page. As if it is not being wrapped in a container or something. I also checked it on my iPhone (aka mobile device), and there’s no bar as I had in the past to scroll horizontally through the stats. Now when I look at the statistics area, and event performances from a mobile device, it gets cut off halfway.

It worked before the plugin update, so I don’t know what happened.

@mickeymouseathletics Thanks for letting us know about this. It looks like there is a Javascript error that is preventing the scrollable table wrapper from being added to the responsive tables. Could you try deactivating other plugins and changing the active theme (temporarily) to see if the error is related to one of those?

@brian hey what’s up man, thanks for the reply. I have a couple of plugins that combine and move my CSS and JS to the bottom of my page (to the footer) in order to maximize speed/performance for my web pages. Would this be causing an issue?

But I’ll take your advice, deactivate my plugins and change theme to see if it helps, and I’ll let you know how it goes.

@brian alright man, it’s fixed. I use Autoptimize and the plugin moves styles to the page head and can move scripts to the footer (as mentioned before, for speed/performance abilities). But unchecking the option under their plugin settings to not allow my JavaScript Code to be optimized, which didn’t optimize them and move them to the footer did the trick. I’m happy with it and subscribers are too.

Maybe it will help others in the future? I don’t use the League Menu at the top, but just for fun I enabled it under my SportsPress settings with my JavaScript optimization on, and the League Menu disappeared all together. But I do use the new horizontal scroll-scoreboard, and optimizing the JavaScript for that did not make it disappear, but it ended up moving it to the footer of the page. Then not allowing the optimization of my JS moved it back to the header of the page. So no issue for me, but in case somebody has the issue for future references. thanks again.

    Topic resolved, thank ya sir.

    Hi!

Usually the minify plugins break the JS code for little to no page speed improvement ?? I’m glad it’s resolved!

Please, let us know if you need anything else.

    Kind Regards,
    -Roch
