I can always see the lottie element in the edit mode.

But sometimes those blocks are not in the live website.

    <div class=”uagb-column__inner-wrap”> <div class=”uagb-block-4e8a270e uagb-lottie__outer-wrap uagb-lottie__center”></div>
    </div>

The whole file is missing in the element.

If that happens, it happens for all the lottie blocks on that page.

You can see either every lottie element or neither of them. When this happens, i have to delete one block and then add a new lottie block, then (usually) it works again.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I suppose it must have something to do with “duplicate” of blocks. I now created elements new, on a new page and now it works. Does anyone have an idea what could have caused this error?

And the error is back. Once again, the blocks dont show the lottie files. Maybe a cache problem. ????

    Hello @bechi73 ,

I have tested the same at my end and it seems to be working fine. I have created a video for you, please have a look.

That’s strange! It should work. I’m not sure why it is not working at your end.

I’d request you to check whether there are any plugins installed that might be causing this?

Here is what you can do to check:

    1. Please try switching to another theme, like Twenty Seventeen, and check whether the issue persists. If yes, then it is not the theme that is causing the error.

    2. Deactivate all plugins temporarily and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.

Please let me know how that goes. I will be happy to help with any further assistance you might need.

    Regards,

It only happens when i use multiple icons at once on the page. I have 5 or 6 active. When i use the block from lordicon (Lordicon Animated Icons) , there the error does not happen. But with that block, i cant center the icons, which does not look good on mobile.

    Hello @bechi73 ,

That’s strange! Can you please share a screencast with us so that we can see the problem?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hello @bechi73 ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Thank you!
