Lots of spam coming through Gravity Forms

  • Thank you for what has been an amazing plugin for a long time.

    It has worked great until recently.

    We have started getting a lot of spam every day through our contact us form, which is a Gravity Form.

    I’ve tried resetting the Honey Pot Field Name, but the spam keeps coming through.

    We are using:

    • Gravity Forms 2.7.17
    • WP Armour – Honeypot Anti Spam 2.1.6
    • WordPress 6.4.1

    Any ideas for how to stop the spam?

    Hi,

    I checked your form there and the protection is fine. However, seems like bots bypassed it. Can you please send me few of those spam entries to dnesscarkey (AA) gmail (dot) com ? I will check and try to figure it out.

    Actually, it is not issue from last update but some bots have bypassed it and was able to submit the form. We have already worked for some additional checks and currently testing with our websites.

    We will be testing it for couple of days and if everything is OK will be sending new update.
