    Hello there ??

First of all, thank you for your plugin!
In a large website (multisite), I’m currently experiencing a very slow admin (WP back-end) and I’m trying to solve this. I’ve activated “Query Monitor” and check it while displaying 95 products on the products listing page of Woocommerce (/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product).

    With Yoast SEO activated: https://snipboard.io/YXcpvR.jpg
    Without Yoast SEO: https://snipboard.io/mA428e.jpg

Of course it’s still slow, but why is your plugin doing more than 500 queries? I saved +/- 3 seconds without you plugin activated… Could you please help me?

    Kind regards,
    Cedric

    Hello Cedric,

Thanks for the kind words. And I’m sorry about the slow backend.

Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty.

Please test this on your development or staging site if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.

If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts

If you feel uncomfortable doing this yourself or if this does not solve your issue, our Yoast SEO Premium plugin comes with one year of (technical) support.
