I have a few questions. I want to be sure I can manage these things
before I go for the paid version.

    1. Add Listing page…how do I choose what fields will come in it. How
    to change, add, edit fields?
    2. How do I change ‘Places’ to ‘Business’
    3. How do I set up custom fields and add them to Add Listing page?
    4. GD Archive Item page looks seriously weird on editing. With
messages like ‘CLOSE : MEDIA (requires opening section to work)’ How
can I edit it if it looks so off?
    5. Is there any video which shows how to edit the details and listing
archive pages? Hopefully using Gutenberg…I don’t want to use
Elementor if I can help it.
    6. This example page is showing tabs like photos, reviews but when I
try and edit its template, it shows me tab 1, tab 2 …. where is it
picking what tabs to show from if they are not set on that page?
    7. How do I add All Listings to home page with pagination?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @erum,

Let me try and answer your points below:

    1. Places > Settings > Custom Fields
    2. Places > Settings > General
    3. See point 1.
    4. The blocks have sections that need to wrap some parts, if you follow the instructions it should be ok, or if you prefer you can use shortcodes or even elementor pro to build the page. (if you need more help just ask)
    5. I don’t think we have a video for Gutenberg, we have some starter templates you can import if you like the looks of any, you can find them here: https://demos.ayecode.io/
    6. The block outputs a tabs example, you can set tabs and their info under Places > Settings > Tabs
    7. Use the “GD > Listings” block, under the design settings enable “Show pagination?”

Please let me know if you have any further questions ??

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

Thank you so much. It was a lot of help.
Figured it out and now everything makes a lot of sense ?? And not as complicated to set up as I thought or at least the complications offer loads of customizations ??

Only thing I could not find was where to turn on pagination for GD Listings on the home page I set up.

Also one more question. If I have an odd number of listings like for example 7 and I have set it to show 3 in one row, the odd one out gets centered in the row instead of being left aligned. How to take care of that?

Another thing I noticed is that GD title adds this whole chunk of space under it in listings. It was adding classes h4 h5 with height set to 1.5em or something. I corrected it with css setting it to auto. But it should not be set like that out of the box.

Also I can’t find options to set font sizes of these elements separately on GD Archive Item. I did by CSS eventually. But would be lovely to have an option to set font sizes directly for each item as that does affect presentation a lot IMO.

    Hi @erum,

For pagination, you need to enable “show advanced settings” first, so in the block settings in the right-hand sidebar, at the top you will see a toggle for that, when enabled you will then see the pagination option under the Design section, please enable the main setting and then either the setting to show it above or below the listings.

By default we do left-align an odd row element, it might be something in your theme centering it?

For text sizes, most titles have settings for size but in general, we leave paragraphs as standard so they match your theme settings.

You may find more options after enabling advanced settings but if you feel anything specifically is a bug please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
