Lots of problems – Why doesn’t your support work?

    I used your plugin for several years and everything worked fine. Now for thousands of people and nothing works on their websites and you don’t offer support for problems like other developers. I have never seen anything like this.

    Always the same “bot” questions:

    “What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?”

    “Where can we see the website in question?”

    Blah blah blah… And nothing happens!

    Your attitude is such that I have made a decision and I’m moving to the another plugin which provides better service (+30 websites).

    I don’t want to be rude, but you make life difficult for millions of WordPress people.

    Do you think about that at all?

  • The 5.4 latest release doesn’t work well or at all with any caching plugin such as WP-rocket, Total Cache, ect….
    Why they don’t just come out and say it to take care of 90% of these issues in the last two weeks I have no idea. Instead like so many plugins they first pretend to assume it’s one of the other plugins you may be using.

    Simple fix, roll back to the 3.32 version until you see something other than the 5.4

    Do you guys know of alternative contact forms that actually work?

    Yes! I’ve already moved half of my clients’ websites to Grafity Forms. No problems, even if it costs a bit.
