Lots of "?P3_NOCACHE=" pages on my site

Hello,
I’ve got lots of pages that have an url like this: “?P3_NOCACHE=…../page/38//page/2//” etc.
Is there any way to get rid of them since obviously they are in the database and some bots even try to index them.I tried to deactivate p3 plugin profiler, w3 total cache, but with no success. Could you help me, please?
