Lots of issues, old code, errors and warnings

It is such a disservice to the community to have plugins such as this which have a ton of deprecated code and things that haven’t been updated since pre WordPress 3.0 days.

At the very least, PLEASE TURN ON WP_DEBUG and look at what this plugin does. It is unacceptable for a plugin author to update a plugin recently without testing with WP_DEBUG on.
