Hi, I’ve a WooCommerce website and I’ve lots and lots of smap users, with usernames like “Get your money kushmee.blogspot.ch OH”. Now, I’ve done the “Check users for spam” scan but the scan does not find those users.

So, is there a way to teach the scan to mark those users as spam?
Or any other way to get rid of those users?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

The plugin checks if existing users’ IPs or emails are blacklisted. If yes, it marks the user as a spammer. Unfortunately, there are no additional settings.

Hi, I understand your technical reply… but in the end, what can I do to remove those users?

Is there another way to flag those users as “spam users”?
Maybe I can report those users as “spam users”?
Or do I need to manually remove them?

    Thanks!

If the plugin didn’t detect existing users as spammers automatically then manual deleting is the only option
