Lots of errors in error log

I just discovered my error log. I’ve had this error like 20x per day since November (when I started the site). Any ideas what it means?

This is line 21: require( ABSPATH . WPINC . ‘/load.php’ );

Also, in a subdomain, my site was fine until I upgraded to the new woocommerce and wordpress. Now I keep getting HTTP Error when I try and upload png files in the media library. This now happens no matter the theme and when woocommerce plugin is on and off. Here’s that happy error log message:
