I’m having some major issues since upgrading to the latest version of AMP and I’m not 100% sure if it’s related to the plugin or the fact that my hosting company has moved my sites control panel from cpanel to Direct Admin. It may or may not be related, but I just wanted to mention it.

I’ve been running AMP on the site for over a year, with no issue, until now.

I can’t show you a link because I’ve disabled the plugin until I can get this fixed. I’ll describe the issues in the hope that you’ll have some idea what’s causing the problems.

The first thing that’s not happening is that the declaration to include ‘vo.js’ is not being included on the page. That then sets off a whole bunch of related issues, but there’s another odd thing that might give clues.

I’m including the amp js files that I need on the page by utilizing the ‘amp_post_template_data’ hook, and it’s worked fine. Now it’s printing out the declarations OK but the path to the js file is empty.

Also the href for the canonical is empty, as is the image and the path to the homepage from the logo at the top of the page.

Does that give you any clues as to what the problem might be and is anybody else having these issues, or is it just me?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Lux,

Thanks for your report. That behavior sounds odd indeed. Would you be able to share the URL to your site here and perhaps even the Site Health innformation so that we can have a better look?

Also, does the issue still exist when temporarily deactivating all other plugins? That could help narrow down the culprit.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I’d rather not post my url on a public forum, to be honest, plus, the plugin is disabled for now.

Is there any way that I can contact you directly to give you the url?

    Cheers

Fixed the issue. It was a problem with my coding.

    Thanks for your help.
