Lots of decline payments

Hello,
I’m opening a new topic about the recurring problem of CB payments rejected by Stripe (“do not honor” code).
For some yearly renewal orders, i have “transaction_not_allowed”
This problem does not occur on all payments but it is starting to be very annoying as we lost money.
One of our customers report this incident to his bank and the bank say: “Your site does not ask for the usual security validation that’s why it blocks”
So I wonder if the payment rules for 3d secure are sufficient or if it’s coming from your plugin? Actually in Stripe, it set only with this option “Require 3DS if 3D Secure is required for the card”
What’s your point of view about adding or switching to “Require 3DS if 3D Secure is recommended for the card Disabled” or “Require 3DS if 3D Secure is supported for the card Disabled”.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
For the most part, payment declines are generic, there are several reasons and security levels to process payments properly and not only 3DS.
Stripe triggers 3DS automatically if “required” by a regulatory mandate.
What’s your point of view about adding or switching to “Require 3DS if 3D Secure is recommended for the card Disabled” or “Require 3DS if 3D Secure is supported for the card Disabled”.
You can enable them if that fits your needs, they are options to fit your needs and to help your customers to process payments securely.
May I ask do these declined payments have something in common? Are they from a specific location? Are they from a specific card bard?

Here is few cases we have.
For exemple this one is a renewsal order belonging to a subscription (running woocommerce subscription). No problem with this subscription and its renewals payments for months. This month, the payment failed.
