Lots of DB queries

Hi there,

Hope you are doing fine.

We are experiencing a lot of DB queries in the morning that our slowing down or crashing our server. At least some of them contain “_wp_old_slug” in them and I just wanted to check, whether this might be related to this plugin and what we eventually could do about it.

Database is MySQL8
Products / total pages in our store > 20.000
PHP 7.4
