• Whilst the ‘free’ version of the plugin seemed to work OK, after spending the dosh to go ‘Pro’ I have encountered nothing but errors. Support is very limited and in can take days to get a response, if you get one at all!

    Extremely sorry that you are facing issue with using the plugin, but we are very responsive in your support forum, if you are facing any issue, you simply need to post in pro forum ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/forum/download-manager-pro/ ) for priority response, we check and reply there after every few hours. Actually, in 99% issues are solved by proper setup.

    I have posted on the forum that you mentioned. Can take hours or days for a response, yet you can respond here in 4 mins?

    How about sorting the issues with customers plugins, after all you have taken their money and they only want what they have paid for.

    I was thinking of purchasing other plugins, but you first need to sort out the issues with the item that I have already purchased. Sort the problems out and you may get another sale!!! Your choice

    I understand, actually it is not like that :), we check forums periodically after every few hours, and clear all pending support question, if you got reply here in few mins, means, if you post in our forum in same time, you also should get a response there too.

    A few more ‘errors’ have been posted on the forum. No response as yet after two hours, when other threads have been answered! The plugin seems to be a great idea, but flaws need to be resolved. I have given up on integrating reCaptcha, had to resize images prior to upload and menus that don’t work. The list of problems increase by the day

    Also reCaptha is working fine for all other users, probably google blocked your domain or something like that.

    Thanks for the reply Shaon, I am only highlighting problems with your plugin that need to be addressed as you are charging people for a service, which they expect to work.

    You still don’t admit that the reCaptcha problem could be caused by yourselves, but the only difference between two pages I have tested, was the option for the download link. One used [download_link], the other used [download_link_extended]. The latter one worked but displayed the reCaptcha box before the download button. If it was Google blocking my domain, neither would work I would have thought?

    As for your request to regrade my review, sorry not until the plugin works as advertised.

    Sadly, my experience of support is that it takes a number of days, and is unclear when it responds. I’ve given up as the plugin is practically impossible to configure for Google Drive integration ??
