Lots of bugs and awful support. Don’t buy it

This is my first time writing a negative review about a paid plugin, I think it is necessary. After buying the Event Tickets Plus plugin, I began to have many problems, so I opened a support ticket and gave the required info, but two weeks already went by and they didn’t give me any solution and neither answered to my questions.
I keep having multiple issues, the Share Capacity feature doesn’t work, blocks of tickets also have many failures and bugs.
I thought the last update would solve the issues but, on the contrary, the situation worsened.
This plugin is a complete disaster. Don’t buy it.
