    When adding a Photonic item to my page. I am selecting
    1) Choose Gallery Source – Smugmug;
    2) What do you want to show? Photos from an Album
    For whom?*
    Current user (Defined under Photonic → Settings → SmugMug → SmugMug Settings → Default user)
    – here is where I am having issues.
    I have many many albums and 1) is there a way to specify the name of an album directly? and 2) when I click on Load More I get the … forever…

    Thanks

    This is rare and happens when you have a conflicting plugin – if you can identify and disable the conflicting plugin you will be able to use the feature.

    1) is there a way to specify the name of an album directly?

    Name – no. Id – yes. You can have two albums of the same name; SmugMug allows that. That is why there is no provision to find an album by name.

    If you want to find the ids of your albums and the gallery builder is not working for you, you can do one of the following:

    1. Go to Photonic → Helpers and try finding your album ids from the “SmugMug” section there.
    2. If the above is not working for you (again, the only reason this doesn’t work is due to plugin conflicts), you can go to SmugMug directly to find this information. You can use the URL https://api.smugmug.com/api/v2/user/your-user-name!albums?count=100, by plugging your user name into this. For each album listed you will see a link provided in the format /api/v2/album/gPxCw4, where gPxCw4 is the id you are looking for.
