lot of texts, galeries, folders, subfolders and files – plugin advice

I really need advice about creating something like huge web archive from HDD.. which contains a lot of texts, galeries, folders, subfolders and files: https://img708.imageshack.us/img708/2578/cjid.png

I have installed wordpress 3.6 with theme and now I started to make pages in primary menu, according to parent folders and upload images, galeries and texts in each page.. but I realized that it is a really complicated way, because almost every folder have subfolders and subsubfolders with images, texts, docs, openoffice files..

And another annoying problem I have with images, because some of they are too big files, and nextgen gallery 3.6 or default wordpress gallery creator have problems with uploading and resizing it..
and individual resizing takes days of work.

So I really need an advice about plugin, or something like that, which makes my uploading progress and organization much easier..

Any ideas? ??

And just for information, final step, when everything is uploaded, is to download whole site with HTTrack and burn it to dvd for my offline webarchive.
