Lot of promises

    Our version is Pro, that is commercial version of this plugin.

    The plugin itself is fast and lightweight. The answer options were limited and forum layouts were messy according to our users. They were not able to continue discussion threads by replying to answers. You can only reply to thread topic but no to the user replies.

    Could be good for free plugin but 50$ is way too much price currently unless somebody make improvements.

    Thanks for taking the time to review the plugin. I’m not clear – are you reviewing the free version or the premium version? If it’s the latter, I’m not sure this is the place to post the review.

    Regarding the layout, it’s possible to create your own templates or to use the plugin’s versions. And it should be possible to reply to user’s answers – depending on your theme, it’s not something set by the plugin.

    if you upsell paid version of your plugin from free version, then users can leave reviews for paid version too, as a part of their overall experience with your free plugin.
