Lot of features but consuming lots of resources and requests

The plugin is best but when I checked it on Pingdom speed test, Google pagespeed insights, and gtmetrix it slows down the speed of my website and when I deactivate it and then checked again speed improves a lot. It is taking lots of resources.
The main feature that I like in this plugin is profile creation and user blog. But I find two major issues which I think other users also don’t like. In the sitemap, user blog is created with profilegrid_userblog which I don’t like if it only shows users-blog or something else in sitemap then it would be better. Second thing that i don’t like is when user delete their account all of their data is deleted there should be an option to transfer the published post to admin user without asking when user delete their profile.

If these two features are added and request got minimized then there is no competition to this outstanding plugin. Take this as a suggestion and thanks for providing such a good plugin. Hope this issues will get solved and i will install this plugin then.
