Lost your password Link

hi,
My account page has a “Lost your password” link is there, and by default it goes to the “www.mydomain.com/my-account/lost-password”
But
In my case it has been changed means like “www.mydomain.com/my-account-dashboard/lost-password” it goes to another page “My Account Dashboard”I don’t know how it has been changed, it may i did….i really don’t know!
Please tell me how to back it, means i want “www.mydomain.com/my-account/lost-password” this link to the lost password link.
where should i change it and in which file it contain?
