Lost widget and much functionality after installing wordpress plugins

Hi;

I recently installed around 7 different plugins to my wordpress site at
https://www.kingtockers.com.
When I go through the admin area I have lost al my menus for functionality on my dashboard such as installing new widgets and plugins editing posts etc.
What do I need to do to get this functionality back ??

Any ideas
