Lost website after activating test drive theme

  • As you have probably found out, the easiest way to disable the plugin is to rename its subdirectory, in this case say theme-test-drive-bak. You can do that via FTP client or in the file manager of your web hosting.

    Your old theme and activated website (?) will be seen again with no issues. In order to enable the plugin again, rename its subdirectory again and activate the plugin. But the author needs to make it compatible with WordPress version 4.4+ so don’t use it for now.
