lost translated phrases

After disabling this plugin temporarily in my store, I lost all translated phrases. Every time I translate new sentences and saved it shows that you recorded, but just exit the screen of the plugin and return the sentences back to English again. O may be occurring. I’ve even tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin, but the situation does not change.
