Lost Theme and cannot access dashboard

    Today catastrophe happened – I appear to have lost access to Dashboard – I have the error message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: date_default_timezone_set() in /share/storage/03/pe/peoplespace/wp-admin/wp-config.php on line 17

    I did have this once before and resolved the problem but appear to be unable to this time.

    The wordpress site (www.Worklifecentre.com) which is based on Sandbox and a customized theme has lost all its theme.

    I have tried re installing from a backup, this works on my localhost but not plusnet host.

    Is anyone able to offer any suggestions?

    There shouldn’t be a wp-config.php file in wp-admin.

    I see that I have duplicated some files and I have corrected that and now am able to access my Dashboard but the site is not running the CSS coding. Please could you advise me on how to reinstate this.
