Lost Text Wrapping/Formatting tags

I have since discovered these are from the Graphene Theme. So if anyone is experienced with this issue and possibly how to fix it, it’d be helpful.

Hello!

Previously, in an earlier version of WP, I could wrap text with things like [important]TEXT HERE[/important] and [warning] (along with a few others).

I recently updated WP to 4.1, and it seems I have lost this functionality.

I have quite a few plugins installed, so I am not sure if these tags are native to a basic WP install or if they came from a plugin so I am asking for help in regards of being able to find out and in fixing the solution.

I suspect that I will need to provide more information to receive help that is specific to each question/person so please ask away.

PS: I am also not sure the exact technical name for this functionality. I don’t think tags is correct because they relate to something different so some help with that would be useful so google can return results I want ??
