Lost subscribers

    Hello !

    After the last update, I have lost about half of my subscribers. They do not appear in the “unsubscribed” list. If I go in the stats of the last email I sent, about half of the “opened” mention that the subscriber has been deleted. But I didn’t delete anything.

    Did something similar happened to somebody else ? Any idea on how or where I could retrieve those addresses ? Or do I just have to patiently rebuild the list ?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I’m sorry to hear that your subscribers’ data got lost. We haven’t heard other reports of this issue and I can’t replicate it on my test site.

    Can you please check if maybe they can be recovered from the Trash folder?

    Other than that, I can only suggest checking with your host to see if they have a database/site backup for a day before the issue happened and to ask them to restore it to a test site from where you can export your subscribers.
