Lost subscribers

I recently posted that I lost all my followers (wordpress reader) and email subscribers. This turned out to be temporary to an extent as later most reappeared. However, half of my email subscribers were still missing – which I clearly said. WordPress closed the post as resolved which it clearly wasn’t!

Half of my email subscribers are still missing according to jetpack stats.

When I downloaded the CSV file they are all still there.

How can I get the missing subscribers to show in my stats?

And are my missing subscribers receiving my emails?
