    Hi,

After a batch update of plugins and core, I’ve lost all my custom orders by taxonomy term. I’ve checked the database and data is there (apto_sort posts for each post type, with multiple child posts, multiple associated post_meta).

Is there any other verification I can do to rescue my custom sortings? Is there any other cases or known compatibility issues with any plugin?

    Relevant active plugins are
    WPML
    Toolset Types
    Yoast SEO
    Nsp’s Taxonomy and Category order
    Nsp’s Advanced post types order
    taxonomy images
    rich text snippets
    Classic editor
    Easy watermark
    Easy table
    Cookie Notice
    Contact Form 7
    Admin columns

    Thanks in advance

    Solved.

After update a meta value called _location changed its value for “upload.php” in all sorts.

So all custom sorts for all custom post types were under Media > Re-order. Manually changing _location meta value to edit.php?post_type=POST_TYPE_NAME returns all custom sorts to their correct position in the menu.
