lost site and can't get in

I bought a new domain sonjawilker.com and loaded the latest version of wordpress (I thought it was to the new folder) but it seems to have overwritten all my pages and posts of my old website accommodationafricasouth.com. When I log in on my old user webdev there is nothing there no posts, no template, no pages.

I can’t log into wordpress to ask what to do… it says I haven’t logged in since june 2012 and something about changed passwords. I can’t change my password because I can’t get in. I can’t find any notification of this in my mail??? not in [ email redacted ]

I am desperate. Please help!!!
