Lost site

Please help! I seem to have lost connection to my site; https://www.growfruit.co.uk. I was trying to add a new menu (not anything too techniocal) and my site went down. I have donw lots of tests such as pingdom, hosttracker, and https://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/www.growfruit.co.uk and they all say that it is working OK but I can’t see any of the pages or the wordpress admin page

I have tried two different PC’s, google chrome and internet explorer. Have tried deleting cache.

The command prompt says Request timed out, 4 times, lines 17-20 but then shows ip address after that (don’t really understand).

Been down since lunchtime and have run out of things to try now.
