• Hi There,

Any help trying to figure out where my site went and how to recover it would be greatly greatly appreciated.

The site had both a WordPress blog and a custom domain using WordPress as a content management system. The blog started in 2009 and the custom site in 2013. There was a DNS pointing to the site, which has been deleted. When deleted all the content from 2013-2018 was lost somewhere, and the site reverted back to just the WordPress blog. Does anyone know how to recover the information the DNS was pointing to? I tried re-adding the DNS but that does not do anything but change isparchitecture.wordpress.com’s content to show under isparchitecture.com.

    Desperate. Any help is appreciated!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • This site is for the self-hosted version of WordPress, I think you may be looking for wordpress.com support.

No, it looks like that right now, but I am trying to recover the self-hosted site that is lost.

I started out with the free WordPress blog and then have been working on an independent domain – isparchitecture.com. There was spam on it and WordPress advised deleted the DNS link between the two sites, which is why when you now go to isparchitecture.com it looks like the free blog version of WordPress. My issue is that I cannot figure out how to regain access to the full website, which is hosted by WordPress. It seems to be lost in the ether somewhere, and no one seems to know where it is… Any help is appreciated!
